Chef Ben Jaffe brings the freshness of farm-to-table with the best tastes of NYC right to your dinner table.
Chef Ben Jaffe began his culinary journey in New Orleans, while studying at Tulane University, where he was able to experience the city’s unique culture surrounding food.
After moving to New York City he enrolled in the Farm-To-Table Culinary Arts Program at the International Culinary Center. After training under Chef Dan Kluger at his seasonal, farm-to-table restaurant, Loring Place, Chef Ben took his experience running private events for the restaurant to create his own intimate dinner experiences.
Since then, being able to collaborate with amazing chefs and clients has offered him the opportunity to create unique culinary experiences across the country. He currently resides in New York City.
